To deposit funds into your AQRU Exchange wallet, click on the “Deposit” button on your app home screen. We will present you with three options; bank transfer, crypto and pay by card.

For bank transfer, select the currency you wish to deposit, and we will display your AQRU account details. Simply copy these details to your personal bank account and make a SEPA or FPS transfer. The funds should arrive in your AQRU wallet within 48 hours.

To transfer crypto from an external wallet, select the token you want to deposit. We will then provide you with a QR code and a wallet address. Use this newly generated wallet address to transfer funds from your external account, ensuring you enter it into the “To” section. Once the deposit has been made and verified on the blockchain, your funds will appear in your AQRU wallet.

If you select to pay by card, we will direct you to our partner, MoonPay. Choose the currency you would like to purchase, the amount as either a specific amount of crypto (e.g. 0.2 BTC) or a specific fiat amount (e.g. 500 EUR worth of BTC) and whether you want to pay by debit or credit card. You will then be shown the current market price of the token, how much you will receive, any fees you will be paying (make sure to click on “view fees” to see these), and the total cost to you. If that all looks good, enter your card details and confirm the transaction.

Withdrawing funds from your AQRU Exchange wallet is just as easy as depositing them. First, log in to your account, click the “Withdraw” button and choose whether you would like to receive your money as either fiat or crypto. Then, enter the bank or wallet details of where we should transfer the funds and the amount you would like to take out and hit “Confirm”. We will process your request as quickly as possible, completing most withdrawals within 24 hours.
